For a lot of Midwesterners, summer meant a visit to Holiday World and Splashin' Safari in southern Indiana. On Sunday, the park near the town of Santa Claus, Ind., announced president Will Koch, 48, had died. He helped to expand the park, adding roller coasters and a water park.
