Justin bieber breaks neck

Since Taylor Lautner is a part of one of the most famous movie franchise of the present time, i.e. The Twilight series, it was obvious that he will get a huge fan following. But things didn’t come easy as it is for other stars. He had to work hard and show his potential to attain such mark. And he has literally worked hard. His bulging and ripped body, that too at an age of 18, is a proof of that. Not only girls are mad about him, but he has become an inspiration for boys as well (ask Robert Pattinson and Justin Bieber!).

But now the talented actor, who plays the ware wolf Jacob Black in the movie, has revealed that how much it is difficult to maintain such a body. When he was preparing for the role, he worked hard to get such a toned body, but now, he says that he is finding it far more difficult to maintain his body. He says that sweating out in a gym is rather easy, but being on a strict diet is difficult for him.

He said: “I did the same thing I did to put it on in the first place – a lot of hours in the gym. The most challenging part for me is the eating process. The interesting thing is it’s just as hard to maintain it as it was to put in on in the first place. I didn’t know that.”

Right now he is busy with the promotion of the next installment of the Twilight Saga, and he says that he is really struggling to maintain his weight. Since he is on a break neck schedule, he doesn’t have time to eat; neither has he got any time to hit the gym. He has already lost around 5 pounds, and he is finding it difficult to gain that back.

“We’re busy promoting these films and I don’t have time to get into the gym, I don’t have time to eat, and I’ll drop five pounds. It’s tty hard to put it back on.” He added.
