Congratulations, it’s a girl! Tiffani Thiessen and Brady Smith welcomed their first child - Harper Renn Smith, 8 lb. 3 oz - on Tuesday June 15th. The former “Saved by the Bell” actress is 36 and finds herself in good company of women who are having babies later in life. Tons of Hollywood starlets are awaiting parenthood until after they have had a successful career… too bad this hasn’t caught on down here in Texas where we rank #4 in highest teen pregnancies by state. There is a higher risk factor for women who become pregnant over the age of 35, but this hasn’t seemed to stop celebrities like: Courtney Cox Arquette, Halle Berry, Cate Blanchett, Marcia Cross, Geena Davis, Nancy Grace, Salma Hayek, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Debra Messing, Julianne Moore, Julia Roberts, Susan Sarandon, Brooke Shields, and Gwen Stefani… just to name a few. Whether career focused or fertility challenged, these women are inspiration to millions.
