Tim Tebow showed off his new, compact throw in front of NFL scouts during the University of Florida's pro day this morning. Tebow is being projected as a third or fourth round pick by many NFL draft
experts.Tebow said he thought he showed a lot of improvements and had a positive outlook on his workout. He has spent the last five weeks working on his arm angle and delivery coming up to the NFL draft. ESPN's Scouts Inc. Todd McShay thought Tebow improved vastly and was showing quicker feet and a shorter delivery. He said not all his bad habits such as dipping the football low were gone, but that he has gone a long way in the last five weeks. Todd McShay called it "promising."
McShay thinks Tebow will need at least two years to develop and thinks a place like Indianapolis or New England would be good for Tebow to develop behind Peyton Manning or Tom Brady and not have to live down unrealistic expectations that may be thrust upon him in a place like Jacksonville.im Tebow impressed at the NFL Combine, but did not throw at the annual prospect event. That changed at today’s Pro Day held at the University of Florida where Tebow’s redesigned throwing mechanics were on display, as well as a number of other Gator prospects.
