The NASCAR race at Martinsville was originally scheduled to operate yesterday
The MRN Radio broadcast started at 12 noon ET with lap-by-lap coverage of the NASCAR Goody’s 500 at Martinsville Speedway. You can also just go to NASCAR.com for the
radio link so you can tune in to all of the action. MRN stands for the Motor Racing Network and they are the voice of NASCAR.
Kevin Harvick came into the Goody’s 500 with the points lead and pole position but parts failure has him out of this race. As of Lap 312 Kyle Busch was third and Jeff Burton was in the lead. If you are listening to MRN Radio you would also know that there is a yellow flag out for lap 315 with Marcos Ambrose having a tire go down. As of lap 253, Jeff Burton is inside the lead. In second location is Denny Hamlin, who is followed third by Jimmie Johnson.
