Elizabeth Taylor and Jason Winters: Liz marrying for the 9th time

Nine is a good number for the perennially engaged Elizabeth Taylor who is sai to be tying the knot with Jason Winters, a 49-year-old businessman.
A source told Us Weekly today that:

'It's no secret that they've been together forever and are in love, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they ere engaged...Right now they are keeping it between them.'
Wikipedia added a line today about the marriage
'On April 9, 2010, Taylor announced her engagement to 49 year old Jason Winters, of Sterling Winters Management. If the two were to get married, it would be Taylor's 9th husband'
Still, Elizabeth Taylor hasn't confirmed this information in a formal statement, nor has her constant companion Jason Winters, an entertainment manager who represents Janet Jackson. Since Elizabeth has nixed the idea to any media who have asked if she will marry again, this all comes as a surprise.But Ms. Taylor has changed her mind before, even marrying one of her husbands twice.The culprit?
