UFC 114 Fight Card, Rampage Jackson vs Rashad Evans Buildup
Rampage Jackson vs Rashad Evans fight is anxiously awaited by fans of both sides.The UFC 114 fans in Las Vegas are in love with either Mr. T or they like Rashad Evans' trash talk during Season 10 of "The Ultimate Fighter."
Evans did not get support from the crowd and was badly booed by the crowd at the Mandalay Bay Events Center for the UFC 114 weigh-in. Meanwhile UFC 114 Fight Card and UFC results are most sought after presently.
Explaining the scene, Brett Okamoto from the Las Vegas Sun wrote, “It was nearly impossible to hear anything Evans was saying over the microphone while on stage — even prompting commentator Joe Rogan to tell the crowd, ‘Let’s show Rashad some love.’
Evans tried to garner public support by playing the nice guy in front of the crowd. "I’m just trying to stay relaxed. There’s definitely a lot of anticipation for this fight but at the end of the day, it’s just another fight to me," said Evans.
Jackson, who will face Evans, however, wasn't so gracious. "He’s dead. I’ve been waiting a long time for this fight. I’m back in the UFC and it’s time for me to crush some skulls. He’s dead," said Jackson.
Jackson added that he hates Evans a lot. "Never in my life. I’ve never trained so hard so I could shut his big mouth. A guy with a glass jaw shouldn’t talk so much," Jackson responded.
UFC 114 pay-per-view weights: Rashad Evans (206) v. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (205);
