Today it’s Christmas Eve and this is a reason to celebrate, except for people who celebrated Happy Festivus yesterday. Anyway in some parts of the world the night has already arrived and Santa Claus has to give presents to all the kids in the world. You might be wondering where is Santa now, well, I can tell you this: he has already left Lapland, and he currently finds himself in Papua New Guinea. How do I know this? Thanks to the North American Aerospace Defense Command, the US-Canadian military organization who probably tracks everything that flies in the air.
NORAD is using Google Earth to track Santa Claus and anybody can check out the Santa Tracker 2009. You can also track Santa on Google Earth from your smartphone by entering http://m.noradsanta.org in the browser.
You can also track Santa Claus on Facebook and on Twitter where you can read the latest updates about Santa’s journey.
Where is Santa now? Well, at 8:27AM ET he’s in Townsville Australia. I’ll try to keep you updated with Santa’s trip but you can also head over to noradsanta.org. Merry Christmas!
