The show will feature Ryan and Dick in New York along with Jenny McCarthy. They will work the east coast celebration while Fergie handles the West Coast countdown.

In fact, Avril Levigne is set to make a comeback of sorts with her new single ‘What The Hell,’ off of the upcoming album ‘Goodbye Lullaby.’ Also on the bill are Kesha, Taio Cruz, Jennifer Hudson, Drake, Natasha Bedingfield, K$sha, Train, The Backstreet Boys, and New Kids On The Block.
