Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood today filed a notice in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan stating his support of Ohio’s amicus brief, filed Dec. 7, 2009. In his notice, the Mississippi Attorney General noted that a number of Mississippians worked for Delphi, participated in the pension plan and are at risk of being deprived of their benefits without due process.
