The 121st Rose Bowl Parade is scheduled to take place on Friday, January 1, 2010 at 8:00 (PST) in Pasadena, California.
The Rose Bowl Parade also known as the Tournament of Roses Parade or better known as the Rose Parade is the "America's New Year Celebration, according to Wikipedia.
The annual parade was first held in January 1, 1890. Each year the event is watched in person by hundreds of spectators on the parade route. Now this celebration can be seen through networks in more than 100 territories and countries.
The Rose Bowl Parade features the beautiful pageantry, and tradition of magnificent floral floats, high-stepping equestrians and spirited marching bands, according to the organizer of the event.
The Rose Bowl Parade for the year 2010 will be broad-cast on ABC, Hallmark Channel, HGTV, KTLA, BNC, RFD-TV, Travel Channel and Univision.

Tournament of Roses states on its site that after the Rose Parade, the 96th Rose Bowl Game will feature the No. 8 BCS-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes versus the No. 7 BCS-ranked Oregon Ducks in The Granddaddy of Them All®. The Game will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.
