LOS ANGELES, (GaeaTimes.com)- Adam Lambert performed at the Gridlock New Years Eve concert that will be held at Los Angeles. The event, that will be held in the stage at the Paramount Studios in Times Square. The event was definitely a grand one, not least because of the historic venue. The gig was obviously welcome among the fans of the “American Idol” runner up, particularly as they had been somewhat disappointed about the fact that he had been ousted from performing in the ABC show “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve With Ryan Seacrest.”
The show at Paramount Studios was hosted by Pamela Anderson. Adam Lambert’s Gridlock performance kicked off right at the stroke of midnight. As usual, his was the high octave fare that people have come to expect from ever performance that Adam Lambert delivers. Along with Adam Lambert, the other performers for the night were Leah Turner, Moi and Kevin Turner, who performed in the opening act of the show. Also in line was the “Funny Pak”, who thoroughly lived up to their reputation of being the best dance crew in America.
On the downside if the great event, only those who had been able to get themselves booked for the show were able to watch it. Adam Lambert had tweeted earlier that the show could only be watched if one was present st the event. For many of the fans of the singer, the new year celebrations remained devoid of an Adam Lambert performance, as the event was neither televised, nor recorded. Neither was the Adam Lambert Gridlock event streamed on the internet.
